Instructions work perfectly! Ended up finding a Windows computer and flashed back to stock GB and then installed 212 on top of that.
For some reason, the first install of 212 failed, but I just ended up plugging it in and it worked when I tried it again. Weird, but it's up and running like a champ now. So I suppose if anyone is still on the fence about this...follow the instructions and it should work without a problem.
On the Razr forums they have a link to Verizon documents showing 211 as being the final build for their ICS which is supposed to roll out in the coming days. For us, 211 and 212 seem pretty stable so maybe we will be getting official ICS sooner (early Q3) than later (late Q3).
The RAZR (and RAZR MAXX presumably) has now officially received it's OTA update, so hopefully ours will be coming either next month or the month after.
Another question, well the OTA push over a rooted ICS leak? Or is that up in the air until it happens? I am sure my wife would prefer to be on the official, but only if I can root and hack the crap out of it! I'll probably wait a month or two after the official ota before installing it for her, to see what issues pop up, since she is happy so far with 212.
The OTA will not update over the leak unless the leak you have ends up being the OTA (for the Razr, 211 ended up being the OTA), which in that case you don't need to update anything.
Let's say 213 ends up being the OTA. If you have it then nothing needs to be done, but if you're on 212 or lower you will most likely have to use the Unstick method to flash the OTA or just flash 213.

In my opinion, just to be on the safe side when the official OTA comes out Id like somebody to post the update file here and use the unstick method to flash the official OTA.
Say 213 is the OTA, and Im on 213, somebody that posts 213 up here can do it via OTA, but we can do it using the unstick method. Then we would actually be on the OTA.
