if thats right im guessing what their probably gonna do is right after iphone pre-orders, Feb 3, they should announce something on the thunderbolt. maybe they wanna see how many pre-orders they get for the iphone first?

Our rep just told me again the 2/14 date for him getting the Tbolt. Time will tell!

I also about have my wife off the iPhone fence. She's debating Incredible vs Tbolt. I am trying to let her make the decision for her so she can't pin it on me if she doesn't like it! She's coming from Nextel I880.

If it doesn't come that way initially, it will be. I believe the initial plans were for it to be delivered with it, if I remember correctly.

i can't remember where i read this but supposedly there are some problems with 2.3 so the thunderbolt will come with 2.2 on it until 2.3 will have next to no problems. is that correct?

::sigh:: if the incredible had the latest version of sense (the fastboot feature is outstanding) i wouldn't even want the thunderbolt, i really wouldn't.

I keep hearing off and on the Inc may get the new Sense. I wish it would get a formal release so I could get a good ROM for it. The ROM's tinkering with it are close but have glitches I can't live with. One solid port would fix that.

according to the spanish htc twitter the incredible will be getting the latest version of sense... it just hasn't been officially announced like you said. if the incredible were to get an update to the latest sense do you think that would happen by the summer?

IDK about that because I thought it was always rumored to release by the end of Feb or March.. So with them saying on Twitter it may be released earlier than expected makes me believe they were going to drop it on the 24th but maybe because the iphone isnt getting as much attention as they thought it would they want to get the TB out?

Not necessarily, since there hasn't been a release date yet. Who knows maybe they wanted to drop it in march but now they wanna do it in feb? Who knows. I'm not going to hold my breath that's for sure.

So if BestBuy gets the Thunderbolt on the 14th, well do they usually get phones before, on, or after the official release date? Because I'll say it once and I'll say it again- the 14th is NOT a Thursday.

Yet supposedly people with Verizon connections say it is indeed Monday the 14th. That would mean it would go on preorder any day now, no? But then that would interfere with the iPhone's launch, wouldn't it!? aaagghhh!
