What blows my mind is how much Fede has added to this launcher and yet made it much faster than it was when he first came out with it.

It really is unbelievable when you think about it.

Agreed. I had Helix 2 and the second I tried this I never looked back. Excellent. I have also told every other android owner I know about this app.

Did anyone elses phone get slow after the latest update for launcher pro? scrolling is choppy for me now and never was before..

Anyone else think the most recent update hindered performance quite a bit? Still faster than helix but seems like it was much faster prior to the update.

Yes, the most recent update definitely hindered performance. I routinely have to wait 5-10 seconds when coming out of an application or even out of the system settings area. Looks like the lag is stemming from the advanced setting to control speed for the transitions between pages.

Hopefully this gets resolved quickly.

The performance doesn't seem as smooth compared to our first impressions. This is OK because there's been a lot of enhancements, but I hope the it doesn't lose focus on being a performance oriented Home alternative.

Still, it's much faster and smoother than anything else out there.

I'm disappointed with the new update. Even with the scrolling speed set to 0 where it was after the update, the scrolling between homescreens just doesn't seem quite as smooth. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries to scroll to the next screen and the screen to screen speed seems random even though I have it at the lowest possible setting. the elasticity bounceback just doesn't seem the same to me either.

Okay the longer I have this update, the more I realize, they destroyed a good thing. Launcher Pro is now basically the = to hot garbage. So sad, I lose swype and launcher pro in the same day =/
