My upgrade was smooth and great. It was when I flashed BluHaze theme that it bootlooped. Not doing that again. Great that I have to start all over again....at least TBH makes it painless.

Lovin 0.5, everything went smooth from GB0.4 without wipe except my email icon is now gone. Did a clean install this morning to 0.5 wipe data and cache and still no email icon. Should I re install 0.4?
I installed the v4 last night .Every since ive had the sync icon on my home screen.Im not sure how to make it disappear.I cant see anything its syncing and i dont know why it would take that long for things to sync.Anyone have a idea how to fix this?
Another thing.I tried to get into stock recovery holding the home button/power button during start up and i wasnt able to get into stock recovery. On GB do you get into stock recovery a different way?
Thanks,

Are you referring to a persistent sync indicator up in the notification area? If so, you can probably get rid of it by freezing Contact Sync via Ti Backup (that's how I did it).
I'm curious about the answer to your 2nd question above. I went to bootloop city when I tried applying a previously-created theme to my 0.5 setup. Somehow landed myself in stock recovery, and subsequently was able to get into CWR to restore from a backup rather than having to SBF.
Try running the Liberty Customizer from the Liberty Settings page. One of the times I went through it (perhaps the 1st time, I don't remember), the 'Remove Email' option was selected by default, and upon reboot my email icon disappeared as well.
I went back through the Customizer, selected 'Blur Email', and was able to re-add the email icon to one of my home screens after rebooting.
