No sir , when i updated to ICS everything worked great so there was no reason to do a FDR.

Lester, Tis was referring to your earlier post where you said you had 18 files. You should see folders such as pictures or music. Root of your sd means not in a folder...which sounds like you did put the blur file in the root of your sd card. You are on .211, right? If so have you done a factory reset after receiving .211?

To Tis and GotnFX thanks for all of your replys, I'm sorry about some of my comments on here, but it was very frustrating not to understand what you were trying to explain to me, and the more I read other threads and everyone was flying right through the upgrade with no problems.
The problem with my upgrade not working was a simple fix,again I was going back through some other threads and Tis was recomending that usb debugging mode is checked and in security/ check unknown sources, both of mine were not checked, went in and checked both . Went back and tryed the download again NO ISSUES / FIXED and running very smooth and quick!!
Again thanks to all that replyed back with ideas to try!

Some times we may suggest some of the basic things that is obvious not to insult anyone..but merely a double, and triple check. There are a lot folks on here always willing to help out and Tis is definitely one of them...

MattyP, you may want to include that in your steps... to make sure USB debugging mode is checked under settings > Developer options and to make sure Unknown sources is checked under settings > Security.
