Missed Call for the Motorola Droid

Ok. So in vibrate mode you don't get a vibration at all is that correct? Does this problem apply to all missed call services?
I only use this for text messages. I do not have the settings for vibrate checked because I do not want the vibrate when I have the sound on. If I change my default settings to vibrate, for example when I get to work, the only notification I get for text messages is the blinking led which I only notice when I look at the phone. I obviously don't stare at my phone at work, I keep it in my pocket so if I am busy and forget to look, I can go a long time before noticing I have a text.

Ok. I got your problem. So this is a feature request. I will drop it on to my list.

To sum up:
Add the possibility to make vibration only active when phone is in vibrate mode. Otherwise (in silent mode or non silent mode) do not vibrate at all.

My red light is red.. As far as colors that are just a bit off (the ugly yellow) I'm guessing there's no way around that.

I have another request, I don't know if it can be done or not.

When using Google Talk, can you make custom sounds and led notifications for people just like we are able to do with sms?

TIA

i'm using this app only for LED notification of missed calls, but it seems with this app running I cant get any Handcent LED notifications. Is there a work around to this? I like the Handcent notifications and i rather use that.

I have never experienced anything like that. And you're sure it's missed call that is responsible?

On a different note, today I experienced another bug. I think I may have to leave MissedCall alone. I received an sms and my ringtone sounded and the LED lit purple. However, when I turned on my screen there was no notification in the bar. I had 2 missed calls, and I don't believe the repeat notification was sounding either. After I read the SMS, the LED just kept blinking too. Finally a few minutes later it stopped.

This app is a great for anyone who uses the default sms app. Thank you for the develope and works great with no glitches on my moto droid.

Okay we have two Motorola Droid A855s and both mine and my wife's has the same behavior with this app. It works great if all notifications in the phone have been cleared but once notifications start stacking up the LED fails to change color, clear the notifications list and the application starts working again. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

I believe I noticed the same thing with my Droid. The LED will not change color if another notification is present. Example: My email alert lights the LED in green and my SMS lights the LED in pink. I do not use Missed Call for email notification, only missed phone calls and SMS make use of Missed Call. If I get an email notification and then an SMS notification the LED will be green instead of pink.

i posted the same a while back, and even more so, I think in my case when the notifications built up, missed call stopped sending notifications completely because I didn't get any of the repeat notifications I have set up.

New to the droid and i am trying to get my phone to vibrate and/or have a tone after i have a missed call. I have this app and i have selected ring and vibrate and repeat on a 2 min interval. But nothing happens after i have a missed call. Is there something i am missing? Do i have to add contacts or are all of them done so by default ? Thanks

Do you get at least one notification for a missed call? Repeating is broken when you have disabled LED notifications at the moment. I have fixed this issue with my latest beta right now. This beta will arrive in the next days.

i installed 2.0 version at first and have since installed the other app version and now have it working. Dont know why the 2.0 wouldnt work for me. thanks

Thanks, I just updated. Will let you know how it goes. Love the app. I wish it could keep a notification going when I have a voicemail though.
