Missed Call for the Motorola Droid

Well the times are in miliseconds (ms) as far as I know. The sequence is on,off,on,off, etc.

In order to have say 4 long vibrations you would do something like this:

500,300,500,300,500,300,500

Each 500 is a 500ms on for vibrate and each 300 is a 300ms off/break. I am not sure of how many sequences you can have but 4 or 5 vibrations shouldn't be hard to do. Hope this helps!

Okay, so originally I said it was working fine for me, and it was... until I got GoogleVoice. Now it blinks my missed call light almost all the time and there's no notification to go with it. Any ideas??

downloading application

I just got my Droid a few days ago and this may be a very stupid question--but I downloaded the Missed Call App and it says to go to Menu then Add Service. Where is the menu?
Thank you

Deleting "Missed Call"

I decided I don't need Missed Call, so I deleted it. However, I can't get rid of the outgoing message. Any suggestions?

Regarding the google voice thing. I currently only use Google Voice for SMS messages, and I'm happy with the way I get notified when I get a new SMS (vibrate, plays custom notification sound, green LED blinks). If I get Missed Call, will that remain the same? All I care about is missing calls and voicemails, I don't care about email or SMS.

I'm not 100% sure if missed call works with google voice. Anyway you can elect whether or not the program functions for certain things by "adding services". SMS is seperate in the program and you can choose to have it on. I like the missed call reminder the most. I would just download it and give it a shot. It also seems to be up in the air about google voice compatibility.

That's the thing, the google voice app handles notifying me on it's own. I just want to make sure that Missed Call doesn't interfere with that at all.

I guess I'll just give it a shot, can't hurt I guess.

This app has worked fine for me so far, it's done exactly what is says it'll do. I'm ONLY using it for call settings though, which is the only notification I need.

Thanks missed_call

Wow if this could do a missed call, missed voicemail, sms waiting kind of thing on the LOCK SCREEN I would pay for it, lots of other people would too.

Mr. Missed Call (or Ms.), start your own company. You don't have to work for an Android developer, you can BE one. Look at the marketing opportunity that you have right here!
