Late to the party. I read through the thread but this late right after work...its all a blurr. This version gets installed like the last one right. Put the contents in your nandroid folder or do you run it as an update.zip...im running sprecovery

Can anyone confirm if Maps is installing from the Market correctly now? I have heard some people saying it is, but I am still getting the same error message.

I did not wipe before upgrading from the previous build.

try going in to Manage applications > Running > Market > Force Close > Clear cache > Clear data.
Go back in to Market.

That did fix my issue with Google Maps... it now shows as installed in the Market... However, HomerunHitter3D is still a no-show... strange.
