Battery life seems to have improved like they had promised. I had fully charged my batter before going to bed and about 9 hours later after i woke up my battery is still at 100%. Before it used to go down to 90%, but waking up and seeing it at 100% was a great surprise.

great to hear about battery life.

My Gmail ones are still there, and it sill shows my automated favorites list, but when I click the contact tab there are only my 4 gmail contacts?

In Contacts hit Menu > Display Options and make sure that the correct group is syncing to your phone.

I did that, and I checked off All Other Contacts. It gave me back all of my other ones, plus some random ones that I didn't even know about. I deleted them.

It wouldn't let me delete some of the contacts, so I synced up with Gmail again, and it took a while, but it let me delete them.

Go try and visit droidforums.net and tell me if you get hardcore scroll lag. I do with both the native browser and Dolphin. And yes, I have rebooted several times since the update. Still get the insane scroll lag. :(

I am sorry but I am on here on my mobile and don'tr see any lag. I have tried with both WIFI and 3G. Still nothing. Maybe you have something else running causing it on your device :icon_eek:

I also see it in both browsers. i can't see why it would be other applications causing the choppiness, when nothing extra is running at the time the browser is behaving like this, and it only started happenning after the update. the scrolling lag is rediculous! look at my video on page 9.

I see you're running ATK, which is unnecessary (IMO). I was running it as well and it caused lag issues. Uninstalled it and my apps run much better.

2.0.1 No fix for phone on while charging?

I saw a document posted on BGR that said Verizon knew of the problem with the phone staying on while charging but 2.0.1 hasn't fixed this problem for me. Did it fix the problem for anyone else or did Verizon just not resolve that issue in this update? Thanks.

Is it possible to edit the original thread post with a definitive listing of all the confirmed improvements, fixes, and new features from this upgrade?

i just attached the phone to a power source with the phone off and it powered back on. so i powered the phone off again and it turned itself back on.

doesn't appear to be fixed.

the new auto brightness setting kind of blows. it's less sensitive now. and the home dock is still not reporting weather.

keyboard and button backlight not working

Seems that after the upgrade, my backlight for the keyboard and buttons doesnt work. I tried rebooting, not effect... is there a setting somewhere that needs to be adjusted? can't imagine trying to type in low light situations without a backlight!

Game play is vastly improved...specifically in Papijump where formerly every 3rd or 4th jump the screen would freeze for a second, now game play is seemless.

I thought I read this earlier in the thread. You have to reboot again. I think I read that fixed this problem.
