New Unlimited Plan from Big Red?

Finally an intelligent reply to all those whining about being charged for being a data hog. Your phone is not a home computer replacement. It is still just a phone, with cool extras. You (and me) fell for the all the computing in your hand hype, 30-50gb per month? Dang I'm trying my best to use my 2x the data plan and I'm on the 4gb plan, feel cheated when I don't use it all up in a month. I did figure out how watching "movies" can suck up the data. Thank goodness for the home Wi-Fi. Lol
Oh well, gotta go find a 50 buck lapdock, and fret over my battery life. Okay which one today, 1740 or my 2760 or my 4000 mAh battery?

I'm not a data hog. I use between 1.5 and 3.5gb of data per month and when I lose my grandfathered unlimited, I will be forced to pay an extra $20 per month (or switch carriers). It sucks that I'm being penalized even though I'm definitely not a "data hog".
 
I'm a bit offended by the term "Data hog". Did I not elect the unlimited data plan? Did I not intend on using my phone to the maximum of its ability? Then why am I a "Data hog"? I'm merely getting every pennies worth of my hard earned money.
 
Because you that use morbid amnts of data shoulder a lot of the blame for Verizon realizing they need to put an end to unlimited. Its cool if you want to use that much, just don't complain when Verizon decides to take it away.

And I know you'll all say that's not why VZW is removing unlimited, but the proof is in the pudding. Regardless of your "logic" or reasons.
 
Is this offer still exists? I am worried that If I can avail this offer or not. Can anyone her please tell me, I shall be very thankful to you guys. I wasn't first interested in these kind of stuff but now I am considering for this offer.

That ad was from 2010, notice not a mention of 4gLTE...
 
Wtf my 20 data discount went away this month? Last month I had a billing problem, I bet the tech screwed my plan...should I be able to get it back?

Makes sense to me 4x4tx. And this looks like the right place to post the question. I would definitely call Verizon and find out what happened. Keep us posted what you find out.
