People are reporting that they are not getting Flash OTA as we thought previously. That message you see is not what I get when I go to that site on my Droid. I believe we have the correct file in the Official Froyo Circus Thread.
I'm really not sure what made anyone think that Flash was going to be bundled with the update to begin with? I'm a bit puzzled, as it's repeatedly been said that it would be a market download. I mean, I know that the whole Froyo thing has been a confusing fiasco, but I thought the one thing we DID know was Flash was a seperate install? (as it should be, that way you don't have to run it if you don't want to).
If I am not mistaken, the only device that is supposed to SHIP with Flash preinstalled is the Droid 2. Probably ONLY due to the timing of the final, non-beta version. The Droid 1's Flash is supposed to hit the marketplace on the 18th - I got that right from the DF blog, referenced here:

since the OTA is already (back) underway, there's no way that Flash is included, they're not going to push an OTA with a 3rd party beta preinstalled.
