Post Your Weather Pictures

Well we have had 1.28" here in Rocky Mount but we shoud have more showers and t-storms coming near the end of the week into the weekend. I know the North is getting about flooded and tired of rain cause ya'll have had one system after another come through up there and once the storm systems get up there it seems like they just stall out. We have had to spray the turf in the yard to keep unwanted weeds out. Seems the more hot and humid it gets the more the little pesky things grow.

Prayers are def needed for those in the midwest and there is more bad weather headed their way. Miracles do happen. Even tho its not often the ones that do happen are quite amazing. Im glad those 2 survived tho.

Check out the link below: The midwest is (northwest TX and south OK) predicted to have yet another tornado outbreak today. The atmosphere is so unstable in those areas that is almost guaranteed to have severe storms and those storms will prolly drop a couple twisters. Seems to be setting up with good conditions to develope.

@chevy-thanks for the torcon index and for the info on classic midwest tornadoes. I continue to pray for all the people affected by the recent destructive weather over many areas in the heart land of the country. Our hearts go out to those suffering during these devastating storms. Also may God bless the brave rescue groups who have flown in from other areas to help in the effort to dig out the town of Joplin.. There are many collections starting in churches in my area and the Red Cross where they're collecting blood and money for needed supplies. I just watched a news piece showing yesterdays Oklahoma tornado forming around the meteorologist who was reporting on it who barely escaped alive. How scary! Anyway be safe :-)

Its no problem for the update on the info. I plan on trying to post every major storm system here and any warnings nationwode. Imma try to keep this updated daily with forecast info from (weatherunderground, the weather channel, and my own observations). I hope this thread can be a warning a system and a place for android users to come and see if there is any danger around. Also anyone viewing the thread can post pictures or videos of amazing weather moments. When I'm not busy with my jobs ill be updating this. If I get behind in updating its just that I have a big work load at the moment. -James

I'm quite a weather fanatic and would love to have a carrer in weather haha and if there are any storm chasers reading this give me a shout out here or on twitter. I would like to be able to follow these storms as they form and keep up with them in the midwest

I've always been a weather fan too, concentrating more on big winter snowstorms because I love snow. Recently I've been paying more attention to earthquakes and twisters because they've been in the news constantly (unfortunately) and there seem to be a record number of them this spring.

Heads up to the S and SW, South Carolina. Storms headed your way. Storms just passed through Augusta, GA

Storms headed to Columbia, SC

Hey Chevyboyz, no damage here. A few tornadoes around the area, but not in populated areas. No news reports of damage.

That's what's up. Glad everyone down in the deep south is good. Seems that the atmosphere was cleaned out of energy with this last system that came through

Hope everyone enjoys the sun across the southern half of the US. Looks like we got a couple decent days ahead of us.

Storms from yesterday: I don't see clouds like this often except at the coast on the sea breeze
