ok i installed this right over the previous apex and now i cannot play music it says all of my music is unsupported how do i fix this without wiping and restarting if i have to i will

this was a known problem with .15, and one that they supposedly fixed in .34. I'm surprised that .34 actually caused the problem for you.

i went from .15 to .34 to apex 1.3.1, and have no problem playing music files....

try just moving a file onto your sdcard, navigating to it with astro or root explorer, and playing it from there, see if it works.

Fixed this. I had it in /data, when I put it into /system, it fixed it. Probably a permissions issue btw /system and /data.

Using Fabolous's goodies package will make it work fine, because it puts it in system.

no it won't jeopardize apex 1.3, and in fact it's recommended that you update to the latest kernel. you won't notice any difference in any aspect of your droid. the only benefit to updating is that it will allow you to successfully receive an OTA update in the future, and there are no drawbacks to applying the kernel update whatsoever.

Well I can play music through power amp not the stock music player and I also cannot run a quadrant benchmark it will get through the first 11 items then it says it encountered an internal error then quits how do I fix this

wipe data/cache and install like normal.

I just dl'ed it and am about to put it over 1.2.1 so we'll see how she does.

I came from stock (after the new update) last night...I love this rom, can someone give me simple instructions on how to get back to stock (where I was.) I love the rom, and probably wont be going back anytime soon, but would like to know how to just in case.

Having an issue with Swype: if you try to view the arrows/copy/paste screen, you only see the arrows.

The other buttons are probably black-on-black

Go to http://www.mydroidworld.com/forums/...ystem-baseband-2-3-340-kernel-bootloader.html and download the 2.3.340 System Updater and apply the zip in Recovery.

Please answer only if you're positive of the answer. Fab, if you read this-i am on .15 and want to update. Having trouble updating OTA. Do I just install TBH system update then Apex 1.3? Then Revolution Blue? Or is there a better way?
