I tried the email apk and followed the instructions. Im still not able to sync.

Not sure if it matters, but its an owa exhange account. I can get the white box exchange account to connect to the server fine, but then when I hit finish it wont show the actual account in my accounts page. I then get a notification in the task bar saying this account needs security permissions. Im guessing that's our corp server wanting to push security policies down to my phone, however I have no window prompt asking me yes or no. The notification eventually disappears. If I tap on it, it disappears and nothing happens.


Sigh.


I really wish we could figure out the bog standard corp sync. One more day without it and i'll have no choice but to revert back to my backup 2.2. : (

Again, im willing to pay anyone able to get this working! That's how much I love this rom.

Good job Fab, after like 10 tries I was finally able to dl the hotfix...

this rom is truly bad ass. the only issue is the calendar sync, or lack there of. Suggestions??

Corporate or gmail calendar sync? Gmail sync works fine, just the widget doesn't keep. You can still view, edit, and add events.

I have no means of testing anything exchange-wise.

I'm using gmail sync, not corp. It will not sync at all, I get the processs com.google.android.calendar has stopped unexpectedly. I went into settings and accounts, and it shows an exclamation point stating that it is currently experiencing problems. So, right now the widget and the application for calendar is not working, I can't see any of my events and appointments.

Did you apply any themes over this? Did you restore data using Titanium?

Sounds like there may be conflicting .apks with the ones included in the rom.

I did not use titanium, but i did use app monster pro to install only the apps I wanted back into the system. I also did install bgill55's Incognito-Orange Blur-Less theme over it. So you think I could just find another calendar apk somewhere and install over it?

I have FlyX 0.1 Final with a theme on it. It's the original 2.2 leak.

Can I install this over top of the theme and FlyX or do I have to install 2.3 first?

Yep, still waiting to hear an answer on this. I ABSOLUTELY have to have corporate sync working. Already go hit on this during work today, so if there isn't a solution found, I have to go back to the slow-as-molasses 2.2 stock moto.
