I think quite a few people would like it if you could include an optional update.zip that gives you a transparent notification shade thingy (sorry lol)

Just install "Blackmodz Returns" from ROM manager. It has transparent notification and a black status bar, hence the name.

Facebook Photo Sync

Is anyone else having issues syncing photos from Facebook. I used the small sync icon and it told me that the picture source is set but nothing comes thought. I have redone the rom twice now no luck. Any ideas?

I'm not having the problem... but if I was you just use the "SyncMyPix" app available for free in market. Worked great for me when I was on other ROMs and couldn't sync pics.

Good call I'm flashing rubix right now to try it out and if I dont like it I will probably come back to this since its super fast and everything else was working awesome other than the stupid facebook sync. IDK why but I miss the blur email/messenger app. Stock email and mms just dont cut it and handcent and k9 are just too much. Ahh i guess thats the glory of having android os can do what we want.

but when even i make a phone call it says verizon wireless just before it dials out

That's really strange, because the included busybox version should be 1.17. Did you happen to manually reinstall it?

You can also just do the following:

su
sys -rw
busybox cp /sdcard/Mynet.apk /system/app/
chmod 755 /system/app/Mynet.apk
sync
sys -ro

What terminal do you use to enter those commands?

hey fab, did you put in any adblocking of any kind into the rom? i'm trying to use audiogalaxy and it's not letting me connect saying something about it can't connect to the servers and that it could be due to adblocking.

Oh yeah, I do have ad blocking. I wonder if you could just delete the hosts file in system/etc/

Rom is super fast. Thanks. Anyone know how to get stock gps and bluetooth toggle widgets back. I guess I can just download some from the market if not. Thanks

OK really odd stuff happened to me but my facebook is syncing now idk what was wrong. I turned my wifi on and I think the sync must have just not come through the 3G even though I get all bars at my house. Well anyways rom is humming along now. dancedroid

Edit: well that was already unchecked so i checked it and all that does is play a ringtone of your choice when the call is connected but has no affect on the phone saying Verizon wireless every time I make a call. im going nuts if i hear that annoying voice in my head one more time IM GONNA GO APE Sh*t

Beautiful Widgets has some really nice ones. Thats what I use.

LOL so the phone literally says Verizon Wireless. Does it at least say it in a cool DROID kinda voice. LOL
