Lithium Mod is running great so far. Loving all the choices too. Has there been a fix for the call answer screen alignment? I see in this thread there are several posts about the problem, but I didn't see a fix. Did I miss that post or is the fix still in the works. At this point its just comsetic because I can answer calls just fine, but then again cosmetics is why I load the themed ROMS in the first place ;)
I would like to know that as well. I love the Watermark'D Theme and the Rom runs great but that off centered call slider bugs the heck out of me!

No fix yet. Be patient guys, Jrummy has been on a well earned vacation.

Nothing but patience here. I think the fact that the biggest problem I have experienced or heard of about LM is an off center graphic speaks volumes to the good work done!! :)

Just wanted to post to thank all of the developers. Using the Red Glass theme and loving it. Just converted my screen unlock sound to a lightsaber turning on. I was on the verge of getting a Droid X or Incredible, and now wouldn't trade my phone straight up for either of those.

Quick question: How did you change your unlock sound? Thanks....

what kernel are u guys running for those that are getting such great battery life? how would u describe your level of use and how many hours does it last?

P3's LV 125-1250mhz kernel. Moderate level of use, since I can't really mess with my phone during the day at work. I get about 24-36 hours. Aggressive use I get about 12 hours.

For those with the unlock slider issue, try changing your font to a smaller font and see how that works for you. Solved it 100% for me.

That did not work for me. For some reason, the font size does not "stick" when I try to use spare parts to change the font size. No biggie though. The newest WaterMark'D theme uses invisible sliders so it is not as obvious.

928droid's black glass theme will no longer be supported by lithium mod. per request from 928droid and the admins here at droid forums. thanks for understanding.

Why is that? That's a shame. I like Jrummy's roms, but I really like the theme :-(

Any chance that black glass will be available on this ROM? I read in a different post that 928 said it was likely to happen soon and that he was just waiting on the ROM from the dev. He posted that on 8/5 and you posted this on 8/4 so that's why I'm asking. A "yes" or "no" will do. I still don't want to start anything. I just don't want to use a ROM w/out that theme and I've always enjoyed Jrummy's work so I'm more than a little torn

edit: Yes. Yes it will

You might think this is dumb but....did you reboot after you changed the font size in spare parts?

And the issue is fixed in 1.0.12.1, Which will be out soon.

I'm a dumbass...

Maybe someone else has answered this... I just scrolled through 40 pages of post and my eyes are about to start bleeding. I'm trying to un-install Chrome to Phone (to install the new market version) and the Voice Search app (for the same reason). I've tried to use Absolute System, to no avail. Fails every time, even if I rwmount / mountsys first. Can someone help?

Thanks.:greendroid:

I just finished doing that exact same thing. Uninstalled the beta then installed the official release. Did you try the old fashion way? Just go into settings>Applications>Manage applications, select all and scroll down to chrome to phone and hit uninstall, then install the app from the market. As for the voice search app, I did not uninstall the old one, I installed the new one from the market and it replaces the old one. At least it seams to have for me. when I long press the search button the new app launches. Same for the new Google search app.

You must not be running Lithium Mod, because those are protected apps that can't be upgraded. I've tried it and failed on install every time.

I followed the basic path found here: http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-themes/49721-unlock-lock-sound-trick.html

I used a lightsaber sound that I got from Zedge. I converted it from mp3 to ogg here: Media Convert - free and on line - convert and split sound, ringtones, images, docs - , renaming it Unlock.ogg. Then I moved it to my phone with Dropbox.

Using Absolute System, it's a little easier to move and rename files than described in the above link. Basically, I renamed /system/media/audio/ui/Unlock.ogg to /system/media/audio/ui/Unlock.ogg.bak. Then I moved the file that I named Unlock.ogg to that folder. I also renamed /system/media/audio/ui/Lock.ogg to /system/media/audio/ui/Lock.ogg.bak so that it wouldn't click when I locked it, but that's just a personal thing.

Standard warnings and disclaimers and all that, with the added one that I am very new to doing anything with my phone and not terribly bright. So follow my lead at your own risk. The above method worked for me, though.

I don't know what to tell you then, but I am running Lithium Mod 1.0.12 w/928 Black Glass theme and 1.2MHz jdlfg kernal and was able to uninstall chrome to phone through the applications manager.
