I have tried to use GPS navigation with every theme in Liberty but cannot get past "Checking Navigation Availability." Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Thank you!
Sorry, dinner. Didn't mean to leave ya hangin'!
I assume that's g23b7ba5 (at least, that's what I have for the 2.3.151 kernel)...
You're kernel isn't up to date. You should upgrade... it will most likely fix your multimedia issues... you'll just have to reload the ROM once you're up to date...

Just ran into this on another ROM.
If you open Google Maps, it should pop up a permissions thing to have you sign into Maps. Do that, and then try navigation again.. let me know if that doesn't fix it..

Oh, should've been more clear lol, I meant to tell him what worked for me to fix navigation.. reinstalling from Market did the trick. Thanks though!! Any ideas on the keyboard popup?

I assume you're referring to the included messaging app for txt messages.
I've used handcent since the day I got my X.. so I'm not going to be of much help.

First of all, AMAZING ROM! I was using Rubix 1.9.5 and figured that since you're both based off gummayJar why not give liberty a shot? SO happy I did! You put some real time and effort into this thing and it shows!
The only problem I've encountered thus far is not being able to use speech-to-text in my messaging apps to take what I say and translate it into the text, something I make frequent use of while driving.
I looked through my titanium backup and saw that the previous program that used to be there for voice input is now gone, any ideas where it went and if I can replace it? Should I just flash to an earlier version of my phone, back up the voice input system file with my titanium backup and then reflash Liberty and install it that way? At the moment that's the only way I can think of, a simpler way would be preferred though!
