*sigh*.. first time drod hasn't put install instructions in first post. I would check first post of 1.8.6 for correct instructions.. Just make sure you have the correct version (1.9.3 IF you installed the leak, 1.8.9 if not), and you should be set.
I regret installing 1.9.3. I can't overclock anymore as soon as anything is applied it will reboot. I installed 1.8.9 on my wife's phone and now I'm jealous.
I'm using JRummy's OC app on the leak and 1.9.3 with no issues... the last update he did made it play nice again with the new kernel the leak came with. OC'd to 1.25 LV and my phone has not rebooted once yet!
Thanks sephtin. I installed milestone then set with jrummy script and was able to get it to work without rebooting. Thanks for quick response. Much more responsive. I only miss the android keyboard now.I am not a fan of swype and android keyboard crashes on me while typing.
Okay, try going up to 50. Stock is 100 so you could even go back to that if you want. I'm just trying to get you at the lowest value that doesn't cause lag for you.

Hm, I'm also having serious battery problems. I'd been on 1.8.9 for a few days and upgraded to the leak last night. Right after installing the leak I made a backup and installed 1.9.3. Everything seemed fine. I let Google restore all my apps and only restored the data of a few apps with Titanium (angry birds, fruit ninja, tasker). I went to bed last night with 80% battery and this morning awoke to 15%. I tried to pull up battery manager but it FC'd on me.
EDIT: I've been running systempanel for the last hour and noticed that:
ksoftirqd/0
is using a lot of cpu time. In fact, it's at 29 minutes of use while the next highest process/app (sytem panel) is at 2 minutes of use. It's accounted for 18% of use while the next highest has accounted for 1.8%. I did some searching and it looks like some people (mostly Samsung users) have been having battery/performance problems involving this process and wifi usage.
Fyi there is a new version of ADW. If you want to use it instead of the packaged version, download it and rename system/app/ADW.Launcher.apk to something else.
