That's why, you're probably either on 2.3.15 or something before...
You need to be on the last leaked (2.3.320) or OTA (2.3.340) version of the kernel.

so dont know if anybody else is having my problem or if it was just made this way but when trying to switch my wallpaper on the gb themed version it will not allow me to put anything from my gallery on there...i get to resizing my picture then when i hit ok it sends me right back to gallery, was able to put on the live wallpaper from gb but i got some cool stuff i want on there lol
Might be a problem with the image ur trying to use pethaps

ive tried pics ive taken with my camera, pics i have on my sdcard from the dark android theme goodies folder i have and nothing....i did flash 1.9.5 without the theme and was able to change wallpapers no problem
Im going to try on the themed ver. Now ill let u know if I have the same problem

Sbf to 2.2 and then update. Then reroot and install 1.95

go back to stock and take the OTA update...that's the easiest way.

if you have a nandroid backup of stock you should be able to restore that and then just OTA and install 1.95
right?
If what you backed up, was a clean original ROM... sure.
Do you know if you ever updated to the 2.3.15 OTA? What is your kernel version (the whole thing), that would tell me more).
Or, what version of the bootloader, migth tell me more...
(Bootloader version:
Hold the VOL Down, and Camera buttons while powering up, should take you to a black screen with white text, and the first line will say something like "Bootloader Version:", what version?
