I have a question, what do you mean to be able to switch from one to the other? Do you have to have both Roms loaded on your Sd card?


Please let me know how you do this and why you would want to do this?

The patch you made to go from a themed and not themed, Thats the one I am asking about. Just was not sure what it was for.

Yea. There aren't a lot of screenshots out there yet.
So.. for those that want to see both of them, instead of downloading both full versions of the ROM.. if you have one, you can try them both via the patch.

And if you ever change your mind, you can switch between them.. that's all.. :S

Anyone else getting the permissions request for gmail from "mobilepersonalfeeds"? This just started popping up since I ran the theme patch, don't know wtf it is.

I really would like a .zip of the themed keyboard if anyone has it. I like the nonthemed version but I like the themed keyboard.

The focused version has all blur framework removed and won't support the social networking app... I believe drod is releasing a blurry version soon which would have the social networking app.. or you could always try a different blur based app such as apex. Gl

One thing I've noticed is I've tried to install handcent and everytime it appears to install its not in my apps drawer or in manage apps, I saw a few pages back some talk about gtalk, is handcent not compatable?

They work fine together.

Reboot once, and try installing again.

Rebooted and it still wont download, also tried downloading rock player and a few other apps with the same result, any idea what it could be?

Nope.
This is a Blurless ROM. If you'd like blur components, I highly suggest you give a blur based ROM a try (I know drod is working on a new version of his Blurry ROM.. for example).

I believe it does (I tried it in an early alpha version and it worked fine.. so it should)...

Uhmm, apps from Market aren't installing properly?
Try clearing data and cache for the market:
Menu> Settings> Applications> Manage Applications> all tab> Market
Force stop, clear cache, Clear data, then try again.

Gotta be an app that's requesting access. What apps/widgets do you have that show you news that needs to update.

The patch now clears cache and dalvik cache, so it probably reset it.. :S

It's gotta be some application that just needs access to update a feed.. (?).
