I had problems with my camera and camcorder, but I downloaded the fission camera and have better quality and nomore problems.... I dont remember which thread its in, but I do remember either drod or sephtin putting a link to it... Give it a try and see if it fixes ur problem... Did for me at least

I downloaded it already, now I just have to figure out how install the apk as the phone won't let me install the apk asking fro admin rights neither unzip to system files.

If you dl'd the .zip from my site, it's an installer .zip for clockwork recovery.

--Move the .zip (don't unzip it) to your sdcard
--Reboot into recovery using DroidXBootstrapper
--Select install .zip from sdcard
--Select choose .zip from sdcard
--Navigate to, and select the .zip
--Select yes (you'll know which one)
--When it's done installing, hit the back button on the phone, and select reboot now.

Hmm, have not heard of the haptic feedback setting causing lag on slider unlock...

I HAVE heard of SetCPU causing it though... (It seems SetCPU is changing the system speed or something about the same time most people are unlocking.. and you get lag from it)... If you have this issue, and are using SetCPU, try without SetCPU and see if it helps.

Not running SetCPU on my X unless it's automatically run on Rubix. Is there a way to add an option to remove haptic feedback in slidelock on the next update of Rubix?

Regarding adding/removing features, have to ask Drod... I'm not privy to the roadmap of the next version as of yet...

Hummmmmmmmm, I'm having that same unlock lag problem myself, perhaps we will get an answer from Drod in regards to this one......

I can't preview pictures after taking them. I tap the thumbnail while in camera and nothing happens. Have to back out to gallery to work. Any fixes? Heard some people were using other camera apks..

Try opening a terminal (if "android terminal emulator" isn't installed, grab it from the market), and run "gallery -3d"
That should switch you out to the better working 3d gallery...

That did it! Everything works now besides I was checking the gallery and my thumbnails are all wrong! They don't match with the videos but this isn't a big issue.

Ive asked for help on this before and still am not having any luck. So im going to break it down best i can and provide a screen shot and hopefully get this resolved. Right now i am running rubix 1.9.7, no theme applied. When i wipe data and reinstall rubix i do not have this issue with no programs restored from titanium backup. However, after i install my application backups (witch i am doing very selectively, and only restoring apps not apps+data, and am not restoring anything that has anything to do w/ blur) i start getting multiple text message notification icons. If youll please look at my attached picture youll see the stock black messaging icon for rubix, and youll see a white postcard looking icon as well. when i view my message the rubix message notification icon goes away but the white one does not, also both the rubix and white notification icon when picked in the notification pulldown bar launch rubix's messaging app. So in short the only way to get the white icon to go away is clear my notifications, my notification ring tone goes off twice because the white icon always comes back when i get a message and i cant issolate what program that icon belongs to. Please someone help, im so picky about my phone that i cant even begin to make it pretty on the new rubix because im always redoing my phone to try to fix this issue. Any ideas, suggestions? Help me find where this icon is coming from!

So.. this might sound stupid, but a couple options:
1) don't restore from titanium.. set things up from scratch.
2) Reset everthing, and only restore a few apps at a time, and test it to see if it came back from the last set of a few apps.. narrow it down.

Please let us know what you find out!

Ok, I applied the throttle patch and I regret it. I need the ability to turn off data when roaming more than I need data throttling removed. Any way back that out?

Just installed this as my first attempt at a ROM. So far so good, but I cannot get the Exchange syncing to work. I'm trying to get it to connect to an Exchange 2010 server using ActiveSync. My phone was able to connect just fine when is was stock, but I'm unable to now with this ROM.

Any suggestions?
