Seriously? Wow :icon_eek:

Slide open the keyboard, on the bottom of the keyboard, push those two tabs loose from the body, then pop it off.

How long it takes them to process an order. I ordered mine day before yesterday before noon and it still says "processing".

How much time took place between you guys ordering them and them shipping it?

It took 2 days from ordering it until delivery.

I sent them a chat thing this morning about the other colors and was told there's no ETA :(

Hopefully it's soon as I really don't want black.

I dont know... I have mine on and it's tough to slide.

it's really tough, and I have a hard time hitting top keys. I may send it back, I am very disappointed.

I have used the Verizon combo case/holster for several days now and I like it. I tried to compare how much the Verizon and the Seidio cases block the top row of keys and it appears that the Verizon combo case blocks less, although it is not deffinite because I'm going by the photos on the Seidio site. My case doesn't alter the tightness of the sliding at all. I think I'm going to pass on the Seidio case. Besides, it's like $20 more than the Verizon combo if I add the holster. There are 2 or 3 advantages to both the Seidio and the Verizon cases over the other, so it is a toss-up, depending on what is important to one person.

can others weigh in on how much the case blocks the portion of the top row? I really would like this case, but I don't want it to make the top row of the keyboard almost unusable.

I was going by this photo on the Seidio site:

seidioonline.com

I saved it and then enlarged it to get a better look and compare it to my combo case. The Verizon combo case also looks like it tapers away from the keyboard more than the Seidio case. The edge of the screen part of the Seidio case looks to be more straight up and down instead of tapered. If so, that would also help the fingers work on the top row of the keyboard for the combo case.

Of course, if the Seidio case is thicker than the combo case then it might offer more protection from a drop. This is why I said that they both seem to have 2 or 3 advantages over the other.

The other things that I like better for the combo case is that the cutouts for the speaker and the camera are functionally the correct size. I don't need to see the part of the speaker grill where there is no speaker or cutout in the phone case plastic and I don't need to see that the camera is 5 mp. The bigger camera opening just makes it easier to put a fingerprint on the lens. Advantages of the Seidio case are appearance and what looks to be a perfect fit. Basically, the combo case is more functional and the Seidio case is more attractive. Being a retired mechanical engineer, I pick the functionality.

Good Photos of the Verizon case??

Does anyone have good photos of the verizon case that they can post here?

Also, several speak of the verizon combo, so I just went to verizon wireless website and checked out accessories for the droid, and the only combo that the site showed for the droid actually turned out to be a combo for the droid eris, mixed in with droid accessories. Can someone give me a description and/or pics of the holster that comes in the verizon combo pack that is being spoken of? And where are you finding it?

Thanks.

Might be better to start your on thread to get more responses and not clutter this one up.

Go to verizonwireless.com and use the search box in the upper right. Type in "motorola droid combo holster" and it will take you to the results page and then just click on the product and it will take you to the product page with front and back photos of the phone in the case and holster. Shipping is overnight and free.

@TheOldFart: Just remember seidio is going to come out with a dock that will fit the case. So if you ever want to get a dock (dont know if you do or dont) the in the long run seidio will be the more practical option.
