got ics running with root. im diggin it so far. thanks to those who put out the how to.

it was SS and eclipse that was erroring. had to SBF and then load it.

wifi tether 2.0.7 2.0.8 3.1beta do not work. the ad-hoc fails. again, foxfi no workie either ***HOWEVER***

the original droid bionic exploit does work on this ICS build I have tested it tonite

now id like to get CWM on here so i can back up my settings, is this possible.

I reboot and hold volume up and down go into recovery and I get an exclamation Android. Wtf is going on?

Once u get that triangle hold down both volume buttons again. Now u should be in recovery

Alright I managed to get to the zip file but it won't install. It verifies and then aborts.

1: do you have root?
2: are you safestrapped and or rommed? if so you will need to reload the stock F/W and then do the ICD load.

I am rooted and I deleted safestrap. Any ideas?

Try reflashing the fastboot files for 219. That's what I had to do. Apparently I was missing some apps or something so it wouldn't let me update.

yeah, i tried to just remove SS as well, didnt work. I had to RSD the 219 file and then everything worked fine.

Would not work for me. Said I needed a Motorola Service Account. I even selected to create one to see what would happen, but it's just stuck in a wait dialog, it seems.
