Make that two! And I'm pretty advanced...lol so, you should be proud! Lol I don't normally mess with scripts such as these though, but is only fair I tell you I did as you said and indeed its running as I have it on my screen as a widget...lol thanks guy!

If you can get wifi (any library, coffee shops, many restaurants etc., and most neighborhoods have multiple houses w/unsecured wifi where you can sit on the curb in front of the house and use their connection), you should be able to use the Market to download ROM Manager and then use that to boot into Recovery. Then you can flash your liberty backup (assuming it's GB) and see if that helps your situation.

Take a backup of your current setup if you think you'll want to flash back to it later on.

I do have access to wifi, if I can manage to get into clockwork do I wipe data prior to flashing my old back up? Once I flash is there any chance that my phone will be activated? That is my whole problem, can activate due to no Verizon towers in area.

I got into recovery using bootstrapper but don't know how to find my back ups?

Edit, Never mind, I found them. I'm gonna give it a whirl and keep my fingers crossed...

No such luck, I was able to restore my liberty GB back up but it didn't activate the phones radio I guess I'm SOL...

Can you use a roaming network to activate? IE: setting, wireless and network settings,mobile network,national roaming. ???

What if you had the full gingerbread zip? would that help or no?

I am on national roaming using Alaska Communications towers. I had good reception when my phone was working. I never thought that I wouldn't be able to activate my phone from a partners tower, I really can't understand why???

Alright....do this and see if it works....This is what i see other people recommend when someones ROMing or rooting goes wrong.

download firefox and install it on your phone. Since you bought to TBH app, go to your email(using firefox) that you used and D/L the file, install it. Use it to SBF your phone to the rooted GB. If you have tried that....then i dunno...

Im hoping that when you do that, you will have everything you need.... If not...you can at least SBF your phone back to completely stock and send it to verizon for replacement.

Problem solved!!! I called Verizon customer service again and they walked me thru manual activation. No problem at all! When I called earlier the rep told me there was absolutely no way to activate my phone?!?!? Said he spoke to his supervisor and a tech rep and that my only option was to mail my phone back to my home and have somebody activate it for me. Unbelievable! Just goes to show how poor customer service can be!!!

You should have an app in the drawer called USB mode: Portal and Tools is the equivalent of PC Mode.

running cm7 gb its as smooth as butter and bluetooth is functional

Is anyone having an issue with 3g where it is losing connectivity, though it's turned on. I have been having this issue for 2 days, it will restore upon reboot, but for some reason it keeps disconnecting.
