I had a 9:00 meeting morning, but left the office at 9:45 and went right to the VZW store. Walked in and the greeter asked what brought me in to the store. I said the NEXUS.

The sales guy asks me what I wanted and I told him the Nexus with the bundle (holster, screen protector and car charger) and a Car Dock. Rang me up, activated the phone, logged in and up and running. I got the update a short time later and it just finished.

Now I can show it off in the office at our potluck luncheon.

I am not going to do anything with it until I get home so I can unlock the bootloader, then set it up the way I want it.

So excited to FINALLY have it in hand!!! :icon_ lala:

Picked one up today to try out for the 14 days. It looks like I might actually keep it. Appears to be a very solid device so far.

I must say, for my first time seeing the RAZR, I was impressed and almost walked out with that instead. Too bad it looks like every other moto phone once you start playing with it though.

I haven't read through this thread, but is anyone else having a problem with signing in on setup? Mine is going on 20 minutes or so. Still waiting.

This screen is absolutely beautiful. I'm watching a video trailer right. Its perfect. Amazing. I dont know what to say except this phone freaking rocks!!!!

Just picked mine up at the BJ's in Garner. I had originally setup my pickup for 2:00 pm. I had some free time so I was able to swing by and get it this morning.

There were no lines but she said she was glad I came by early as they only shipped 10 to her.

Can't wait to get home and activate it and see how it is.

While waiting in line I played with the demo. Looks sweet.

Somebody please take a look at the memory before installing any apps. How much of that internal memory is actually left for the user? With no SD card this could be a deal breaker....

Another new Nexus owner from Chicago. If any of you are from the Chicago area and are updating from 3g to 4g, there is a $100.00 promotion if you are upgrading. I just upgraded from an OG to the Nexus and got my Nexus for $199.99. Make sure you mention it to your sales consultant because it may not appear automatically. Also, the purchase MUST be made in a VZW corporate store, no resellers to get the deal.

FAST, VERY FAST!! I was logged into my Google account and my apps were on my phone before I knew it.

I'll add my voice to the chorus, this phone feels very good....not chaep and the screen is awesome~
