lol you're not gonna lose your hot spots if you look under your apps is there it just move it's a different icons it's all it's not like you you're gonna get hotspot free hot spots still gonna cost you now that the promo is over plus I have no more reboots in it does seem the batteries last in a little longer

When's the promo over? I tried it and it still works. When I open the app, it doesn't tell me I will get charged.

When I open the mobile hotspot it does not prompt me to call vzw so I would say that if you dont update it will remain free.

So I tried everything you guys suggested to get my data (3g) working again. No luck. Spent an hour on the phone with Verizon. After trying everything they could think of with no luck they are sending me another phone. Sucks. I just got this in April, now I have to have a refurbished. Thanks for the "update" Verizon.

I did at first have problem connecting to 3G, but I rebooted and it has been good ever since. I updated around 1030 am yesterday morning and no reboots yet. Plus the phone has been faster. Can't wait for GB

I've done a soft reset and tried resetting my phone and I'm stuck in 1X still. After the update I had solid 4G and now I have zero once I got home. I had 3G for 2 seconds this morning setting up my Verizon, but when I turned off Wifi, no data whatsoever. =/

I have seen a few people comment about improved GPS lock time. I have not experienced this myself. It still seems to take several minutes to lock on. Would anyone else carte to comment on their experiences after the recent ota installation? Thanks

Did you use one of the market toggle APPs to set your phone to CDMA only prior to updating? Could be that the APP locked you in at CDMA.

I got tired of waiting so flashed the ruu from Android police. You should get it Tuesday regardless. It's working great. Better 3g gps locks in seconds outside, inside still takes a while.
