Can someone tell me how to back up all my app info. Every time I wipe and restore my apps I won't have any saved data.

If you are coming from another Miui build, use Miui Backup. I always skip the activation screen and run miui backup, apps first, then system. Then log into gmail.

I can't figure out why Miui Backup doesn't restore all my apps. My last backup was 120 apps and it only restored 20 of them. I have to use TiBu to restore every app.
Never mind, I just read your post about apps on SD not restoring. Most of my apps are in the SD card, so it's TiBu for me. Too bad, I really like Miui Backup.

Anyone else having a force close issue with android.process.acore? I also cannot open up messenger, contacts, or phone... is this a contact syncing issue?

this usually happens with restoring system data from titanium backup. ive had it happen twice. i just reinstall and then i usually dont have problems

i have everything installed and all is running smooth and well. funny thing is, i have not received a video mms in a few months. as soon as i installed this update, my buddy sent me an mms video....lol go figure.

when they have that issue worked out, this rom will take over !! im still going to continue to use it, but now i miss video mms.

Took way too long with a lot of FCs and bootloops, but it was worth it. Now that this ***** is running it's faster than ever. You gotta fight for it I guess.

Frank, can you tell me which kernel you used and how you apply them. God knows I love me some MIUI but, at least on my phone, I've noticed that 1.14 seems a bit slower:icon_ cry:

Sorry to get off topic but I was reading your sig and was wondering what Project GimpSource is? And is the Meizu theme found in the link in your sig or on MIUI dev or? I saw some shots of that a while back and I want it. Not on MIUI right now but definitely considering re-flashing and I'd love to have that theme.

so just to be sure, the redraw fix is still being included in the rom correct? my adw is taking forever to load when i click the home button. it was working fine last build with no redraws.

edit: looks like it may be the colorize widgets im using. its happening to someone on project elite too

I have been trying to flash the update but every time I check the about phone section it says still 1.1.14.1 still says 0.....is this normal

Yeah thats what mine says too. As long as you have car home and news and weather widget are installed the update should be installed.

I installed it twice because of this. I thought I did something wrong!

can someone point me in the right direction about obtaining the transitions? i really liked the fold transition and havent used MIUI for a while, would like to come back to it with this transition

and i was wondering...i noticed, before i flashed 14.1 in the reboot menu i had options to reboot to recovery and hot reboot...stuff like that..but it didnt make sense like...there was something about the lockscreen in there too..prolly why there was a .1 update anyway to get that back and have it make sense

Anyone else's camera still doing the strobe thing? Is there a fix for this? Plus is the original camera app installed or available? I personally would rather use it than the MIUI app. Other info usual instal wiped all loaded both 14.0 and 14.1 etc.

Jamezelle this its why we need the eula's back lol. The camera works fine for me. Check the op for the old camera.

wow, after a few changes the phone started running super hot and I had a lot of lag. The main change I made was to run Slayher's 1.1 Ghz kernel. I also set a profile for SetCPU and installed MIUI clock widget from market. That's all. I also see the sync icon frequently in the notification bar. Also was changing from WiFi to 3G and back a few times.

Does anyone else feel that this ROM doesn't really like widgets? I'm flashing the stock kernel (nandroid total backup) to see if things get fixed first. Then will undo the other changes to retrace my steps. The phone was running so good and I had to go F it up.

Will post results.
