Verizon Planning a Big Data Plan Price Jump

I'm actually excited for these plans. It's been about 20 months or around that since Verizon moved from the More Everything plan to The Verizon Plan. More than likely what will happen is AT&T will change theirs soon, giving customers more data as well.

$45/month on straight talk x2 for unlimited minutes & 5GB/line, then 2G speeds is starting to sound pretty good again...

You can't do much of anything on 2G, other than text & make phone calls. YouTube will be in bufferhell, and any website that has graphics of any type will load extremely slow. [emoji15]

If it's anything like Tmo they just throttle the 4g connection to approx 128k. 1/100th of the speed. Ouch lol
At least they don't disable your 4g connection and limit you to 1x only or E/G in the case of the gsm providers.

The good news is, you don't have to change your plan if you don't want to. Hopefully people will remember this and not allow their plans to be changed without first looking into whether or not it will benefit them.
