remember that getting an accurate battery reading with a extended battery is like hitting the lottery. I've had an seido extended battery for my droid 1 for 7 months and I have yet to get an accurate battery reading. Sad thing is that you should NOT have to buy an extended battery and if Motorola knew there were problems with the droid 1 battery why not give everyone a free extended battery?

Sorry I went off topic just venting about my droid 1 and it's battery.

The screenshot did not say, but I'm fairly certain it is the 2750 mAh battery and door designed by HTC (Part # 35H00149-01M). It will be expensive, at first anyway. HTCPedia is pricing it at $70, but they won't have it until sometime around 4/8/11.

Note that an even larger battery & door for the Evo is now available for much, much less--it won't fit the TB, but it gives us an indication that the price should come down before too long.

I just saw that too, but you beat me to it, that is the first good news we've had in a long time! I wonder if this means they are a "go" for this week sometime, or we will have to wait until the 10th? I wonder how they fixed the "issues" that were wrong, and what those issues specifically were...too many possibilities, although poor battery life caused by a glitch with the LTE network connection seems plausible.

I don't know the specific differences between the TB and the Evo 4G... but my buddy recently got the Evo and he said the battery life is great, and lasts him from 6am to 2am with decent use. I couldn't complain about that, because my D1 sucks.

And in other news, BB is the official retail exclusive dealer...... enjoy.
 
I look for it this week. I stopped to pay my bill at VZW Corp store at one of those stupid check machines just before closing and was only person in the store. I over heard two reps talking about this week being really busy. They asked if they could help with me anything other that kicking the crap out to the stupid check machine. I said sure you can tell me when the TB will launch. They said that their manage told them to plan on working extra days this week.

Then they asked if I planned on upgrading to the TB? Duh stupid questions. Then the one said would you like to see one and ran to the back. I almost fell over, then he came back and it was just a demo. But it felt good. Held it side by side with Dinc. It wasn't as huge as I thought it would be. Good solid feel.
