When Will the ThunderBolt Be Available for Purchase

Alot of sellers are going to crazy high shipping prices and lower final prices because of the outrageous ebay fees ;)

fwiw=for what its worth

Oh, okay. Thanks!

Back to the ebay item:

I don't think anyone selling 30 mL of sterile water for injection is going to be selling HTC Thunderbolts. Just sayin'.

That's why I gave the disclaimer of "for what it's worth." It could be totally bogus, or it could actually be legit (just overpriced by $150-200 and using really poor grammar and spelling). Since we have no real news to speak of right now, I just thought it would be interesting for people to see and take from it what they will, if anything.

Yeah, it's mostly likely not legit. The title is spelled wrong, Thunderbold instead of Thunderbolt. None of the feedback seems real. And the description is awful.

$299 in the best buy ad in paper today.

ARE..THEY...NUTS?!?!?!?!

No thanks. Actually wasn't going to get one anyways, but for a glorified evo, I don't think so. That's insanely priced. And before the fanboi's start going all "oh..but its 4G..and and...lots of ram...and and...big screen" yeah, its an EVO, it has 4G in very limited markets and 4G pricing isn't even mentioned. Not to mention the issues this thing has had prior to launch? For myself, I can wait for something else.

Now now no need to be bitter shadowman. If you had 4G in your area you'd be all over this like most of us. As it has already been pointed out numerous times in the thousands of posts between this and the other thread, there is a great difference between the ThunderBolt and Evo. I'm no "fanboi," but I can't wait to get my hands on this regardless.

Not bitter. I wasn't planning on getting one to begin with. I don't trust it. I wouldn't pay $300 for a phone anyways that doesn't offer something pretty above and beyond what is out on the market.

You can purchase as you please. Its your money. :)
