Who thinks this NBA season will be cancled ?

Ye I liked shumpert also. Best defensive player in that position in my opinion. Wade would be dying for air if shumpert was playing.

In a weird way shumpert and Smith were a good duo.

The knicks are playing scared, they're not having fun out there.

They were rolling, but just fell flat in the 3rd. Still the better team, even without Rose.
They started off great, but after halftime it's like they gave up. Everything seemed half-hearted to me. Hopefully they'll come back and steal one in Philly. First game without their leader and the fact they know he can't come back now showed. Think they'll get over it and get back to the type of ball that won them games.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm actually rooting for Boston. They're the only other team in the East that give Miami trouble and actually show hope of winning the series if they go against each other. I hope Ray Allen gets healthy by then as well.

This hurts me too much to go without an NBA season. MAYBE well have something by all star weekend, even tho it doesn't look like we'll be having any of the events

Uhhh.....bot?

Not a single Nugget that can stop Bynum. This is going to be career series for him

New York is a bad team. As I sit back and watch them they have no offense at all. I can only wonder what Jeremy Lin would do because they are very stagnant. Nothing is flowing and they had the best opportunity to take this one while the heat were down. Carmelo I'm sorry as much as they want this guy to be "that guy" he just isn't. Why oh why does he continue to force the issue. Great players make better plays for their teammates. Smh I wanted more from this series.

Melo is not a franchise player, neither is Amare for that matter. These players want to find their own shot first before helping out their teammates, and if they're having a bad game...well you get games like this, down by 15 and they still force the issues. It doesn't help that JR does the same exact thing as Melo, except he takes more stupid 3s than anyone else on the team. Sad part is I don't think this game would've been any better if Amare were in it, in fact, I'm willing to say that their offense would've looked this stagnant from the beginning if he were in.

And as much as I hate Lebron, that was one hell of a block and he got the call for a foul LOL

Yeah melo got superstar treatment on that play. Which he obviously don't deserve. I said it earlier when new york were up, they will not win playing ISO basketball.

No team wins playing ISO. Melo will always and forever be an ISO player, nothing more. He's not like Kobe who strives to win and changes his game as needed. Melo does two things, dribble and shoot. He's been overrated since the minute he stepped onto the NBA hardwood and I already knew he'd never change. He lost weight to improve his own play making ability, not to help spread the floor better for his teammates. He's been selfish his whole career and that won't change, exactly like Iverson imo.

True he's just like Iverson except Iverson was good. If he wasn't selfish he could've been great. I'm glad Kobe broke his selfishness. In Melo's case though his team is so used to him going ISO they Just stop playing.
