YEAH baby! My Demo will be here today!

Yep, it's $2.99. With that you are also able to listen online.

I was lucky enough to sign up for the lifetime subscription before they pulled internet listening from the normal subscription, so I can still access it via a PC and listen, but it won't allow me to do so from their apps.

I posted the we will be geting the phone on 3/17/11. has there been any changes ??You never know.:blackdroid:dancedroid

Stop being naughty! We are not allowed to discuss when the phone will be available on these forums.

Well, about to heat to bed and the battery shows it is at 52%. It has not been on a charger in over 13 hours, and been using 3G and WiFi all day. I have not been using the phone as much as I do on a work day, but still very impressed.

In thinking about this whole supposed battery issue on 4G/LTE, I honestly can't for the life of me figure out why... If there is a separate radio for LTE, wouldn't it actually be on now in the background still drawing power, especially since there is no power toggle or option for it?

You would think so..... Perhaps the battery issue is when 4G is active. Most common feedback from VZW folks is battery life with 4G is the reason for the delay. The other being they STILL have no clue when the TB will release.

Are you a gamer? How about testing out the N64 app? Plays smooth as butter on the gTablet with Tegra 2, but most games except Mario and a few others are slooow on the Inc and Droid X. Stuttery and slow.

Please do not discuss release dates in my thread. Not only will the Mods shut it down, but I don't want to waste my time speculating. When it comes out, it comes out. (And I will be buying it, LOL)

Not much of a gamer on my phone, I have a PS3 and Wii that I use if I want to game nowadays. ;)

I have no reason to believe that they wouldn't be smooth and fast on the TBolt though... everything else on this phone is 100% faster and smoother compared to my DX.

johhny, what has been your average battery life been since you started using the blunderbolt? Just wondering if all the rumors are true. My iphone 3gs had stellar battery life with heavy usage, so trying to get some references here. Im sure you have been asked this like 2334 times already, but since youve had it for a little while now, im sure you have a better idea.

I read somewhere that someone was complaining that voice quality suffered while browsing. Did you notice the same?

Not at all true in my experiences. The only thing I can think of is that the person was on the move and the signal strength degraded.

I actually find that to be a good sign. I don't see that feature as something I would use daily, its nice to know it works and I would be anyone on a GSM phone doing the same thing is not likely to be moving in a car (or in a way the signal would degrade so quickly).

This thread is the only thing keeping me sane. I gave up wondering and now just focus on what it does and how well it does. Johnboy has been providing some of the best and most invaluable experiences.

I do appreciate all of your work.

Per instructions on the first post, click "Search this Thread" and type in "battery." Lots of discussion on the subject. I am finding 8+ hours on a charge in moderate-heavy use, minimal talk time.

Exactly! Whoever said no news is good news never had to deal with Verizon! :)

I also would like to thank JohnBoy. You've really stayed on top of this thread, answering all the questions and putting our fears to rest. You rock! :icon_ banana:

This goes way back to my using "MyBackup Pro" to backup all my apps & data from my DX and transferring it to the TBolt...

Someone originally said that you had to have root access to the phone in order to get the Market links for all the apps back on the "restored" phone. Well, sometime over the weekend, all the apps that I transferred using MyBackup Pro appeared in the "My Apps" section of the Market... prior to the weekend, they were not there.

I don't know how or why, but I thought it was awesome!dancedroid
