Battery drains fast!

From what I see everyone has android os killing their battery. Why is this the case. Mine started off great but now it climbed up to 50. I left it without charging no use at all for six hours and it lost 12%

First few days it was actually running great my battery wouldn't even budge if I didn't use it.

Now this has changed. Other than that the phone is amazing.

Can you tap the Facebook entry and report the Keep awake time?

Anyone know of a toggle widget to turn 4G on/off? I see some in the market, but most seem to be for specific phones.

Not sure if you've gotten an answer, but LTE Switch works perfectly for me. I get a lot more use out of the battery once 4G is off.

I am wondering, if you guys turn off nfc, GPS, and beam, if the battery life might be better, seems to me like 16% just for the system is alot so just turn those off unless ya need em and see how it goes.

Not really. I use nfc now but before it didn't help.

I keep beam off. GPS should not be on unless you need it to be. That will suck your battery dead for sure

Im sorry to hear the issues. I shut off nfc and use 2× battery and its been ladting me all day.

Definitely not normal. Last night I drained about 15% on idle with a couple notifications received (facebook, email, text). Something is up with yours for sure if it's draining that much.

Yeah I was getting that kind if drain and bought this....and exchanged my phone for a new one before it got here. Should look into one of these. Only 32 bucks after employee discount. Battery...charger...dock all in one.

Not a dock since it doesn't charge the phone... wish they would release one.
