Ok, my bad. But like you said once they decide on the OTA version then I will be fine right? Worse case scenario I can buy a new phone and I will be ok...

I offer no guarantees. I can PROBABLY get you to whatever build they select as OTA. But, they kinda first have to make that selection. So far, I can get you from 235 up to 246 and all builds in between if necessary. I can't predict any future moves they may make. That's the risk part of not having an FXZ.

So pretty much there will never be an FXZ back from the .235 on and its iffy if we can get to the OTA build when or if the time comes?

There will be no FXZ back to 905. Moving from 235+ to other builds is risky for all the reasons I've said 100+ times. I'm not repeating them. I put out a FAQ for a reason. It explains all these things.

Alright well it seems people have been using the .244 and now .246 without any major issues so I think I will take the plunge into that abyss!

One thing, you say the bootloader is locked, what about the Bootstrap? Doesn't that get around that?

Samuri, just wanted to say thanks for your awesome script!!! I used it to push .244 to my sd card friday and just went to. 246 with it right now with NO issues! Flawless, and only took about 20mins start to finish!

Are you talking about the Vehicle Home screen when you plug it into the car dock? It's working for me

What are some of the functions of the car dock? Just wondering if I need to consider getting one...well, mainly what are opinions or rates of satisfaction?

You can leave your charger plugged into the car dock and once you dock your phone in it the phone will recognize that it is in and open up a new menu that gives you the option to start navigation along with other things... There is a good app called car home ultimate that you can have open instead and it tells you your speed and direction as well even when you aren't in navigation yet
