Downgrade to 902 - No app or data loss

Like the people complaining that I didn't tell them to press the power button to select the apply update option in recovery? LMAO. I fixed it for the next version but I sure as hell ain't doing a release for that. My time is going to be spent working on the linux/mac HoB which is currently functional enough to move people from one build to another and root it.
So I guess this line in OP the doesn't apply to some people.
o) A replacement for knowledge on how to modify your phone. I.E. This is not a script for "n00bs" to bypass learning the process.

The problem is that you made it too easy for ALL of us.

Sadly I'm aware. The House of Bionic has turned into frankenstein's monster. It was originally intended for me as a script to move myself between leaks with no data loss. I released my little batch file and Timmy10shoes said "hey you should make a thread for that. I bet people would like that." Here we are some 200+ pages later with a full blown app that's future proof without code changes. And now we have a Linux/Mac version in the works that I hope I will be able to have match the windows version in flexibility and power. Insane...

Definitely a work in progress. Right now it's basic in that it'll emulate the RSD flash step for installing a new update, prompt you for doing the recovery stuff like we do in windows, and optionally ask for root. I have a list of functionality that I need in order to replicate the entire House of Bionic script in linux/mac. As each one of those functions gets ticked off my list, the functionality will grow. The windows version wasn't born overnight and neither will the linux/mac version. I'll work on it more tonight and try to get some of those todo's off my list. So far I don't see anything that's impossible to accomplish including the boot img creation.

I'm an agile software engineer. I try really hard not to hack things together. I have a design that simply needs to be implemented one function at a time. :)

I was an electrical engineer who HACKED software together. I'm in management now, but I still hack things together from time to time. VB, SQL, Access. No more assembly or C coding for me.
I was not inferring you were hacking this together.

No. This is just to prepare us for a JB eventuality. The RAZR and D4 are getting updates with the same patch. So, this is good, but, don't expect JB "soon". Figure January at the earliest. (Warning, that's MY guess and is pulled out of the HoB sewer :))
January 2013? I wonder how much longer will Motorla continue to support The Bionic?

They will try really hard to sneak JB into that timeframe but that will be it for us. Given how amazing ICS is, I suspect JB will be pretty fun, as well.
