Downgrade to 902 - No app or data loss

Oh **** me. Yea, my phone's really screwed up cause I tried the whole automagic rebooting into recovery thing. NOT...GOING....TO....HAPPEN. I'm going to have to FXZ and restore my apps most likely. Oh happy yippie yey me. See the pain I go through for you all? :D LOL! We'll scratch that idea OFF the list. :D

Sorry if it was the seed I planted. Been think about how to do it all day.

It was...and you can't. It'll completely and totally FUBAR your phone. I'm going to have to go back to 230 and restore my nandroid and then try again without that to see if I can get my phone back to a working state. But I have to go run an errand and am not sure when I'll get to finishing this. Oh well.

I have been trying to figure out if instead of moto fastboot reboot bootloader if there was a way to get to the bootloader menu. then we could select recovery from there.

Not that I've ever seen. I'm attempting to get to recovery now so I can install 905 and 230. Then I can root it, install CWR, and restore my nandroid. THEN I can do the WHOLE process over again and install 232. Oh what JOYOUS fun this is. :D

I'm in trouble now. I used the latest script to try to install 232, I still had the 902 zip on my sd card and chose that instead of the 905. Now it attempted to finish and I find myself in a constant loop. I'm assuming I'll have to FXZ, but I want to make sure I do this correctly. I have the 902 zip from sargentmajor, and RSD 5.7. What steps do I take now. I'm sorry for the newb questions, I just want to do this right.

I did the 902 no data lost and it worked great. I just helped my buddy do his and on the steps where you have to go into recovery he fubared it and booted the phone. I said just continue and see what happens. It appeared ok no lost data. He then called me and said his home and back button wasn't working. He rebooted the phone and now is bricked. He is trying to run the script again if it doesn't work it'll be fxz time.

When you plug in your phone open rsd and find the fxz file I believe you use the three little dots to locate the file then uncompress and install

I used this method to go from 230 to 232 and it worked perfectly. What. I found interesting is that I kept root through the whole thing.

i just turn off my phone to see what would happen.. booted up normally..
it works and i don't have any problems with my app or data..
at the end where you have to install 905 and 230.. i took off my battery to remove sd-card
so i can copy 232 to SD-card. i put battery back in and installed 232 and rebooted the phone.
you have to install all the files before you restart your phone 905 and 232
the install will hang for awhile so don't mess with it until it's finish.. let it finish.
webtop takes a long time.. a long time

I'm going to delete the two files the script copies to the sd-ext, Blur_Version.5.9.902.XT875.Verizon.en.US(59905).zip and Blur_Version.5.9.905.to.6.7.232.XT875.Verizon.en.US.zip

Did the script also copy over DevLogo.fil and DevIcon.fil? I don't remember those two... just wanted to check before I deleted them as well.
