I have the unzipped file on my desktop. I have checked the hash code and it is correct, I installed moto drivers a few days ago. I know to connect my phone to my computer, but what exactly do i put on the phone?

Nothing. The script handles all that for you. I mean I can't make this much easier than it is. You either unzip the full House of Bionic zip to a SamuriHL_HouseOfBionic directory on your desktop, or if you're using the Lite version, you create a SamuriHL_HouseOfBionic folder on your desktop and unzip the full 902 FXZ and the House of Bionic Lite ZIPS into it. For either version, you must get the latest RUNME.zip attached to the first post of this thread, and unzip the RUNME.bat file that's in the zip into the SamuriHL_HouseOfBionic folder and overwrite the existing file. Run the RUNME.bat and it will instruct you exactly what to do with your phone. It really is as simple as it possibly can be at this point.

Nice thank you! Are we all done with the full version at this point? I mean all you need for the lite version is the full 902 FXZ. I'm wondering if I should "discontinue" the full version? If you notice, I changed the script to not care what version of the FXZ we have (in case we get a new FXZ leaked to us). So I'm wondering if we should just tell people that they need the full version of the latest FXZ (902 for now) and then drop the House of Bionic Lite zip into it. Seems reasonable to me?

Yes, that does make it simple. I did not understand that RUNME.zip meant run from desktop. Very simple. All worked out...thanks
