I have had only one issue when switching out ROM's and such and that was trying a kernel for the eclair when I was running a froyo rom. I have not ever had any of the issues that most are experiencing.

I'm actually in the same boat as you. I've never really had problems flashing from one ROM to the next. I don't use ROM manager, but I DO use Clockwork. Who knows....I think I'm lucky also.

Bingo! Me too. I follow installation directions and have had very, very few issues. Rom Manager screwed me a couple of times. But like you, I now use Clockwork, but not Rom Manager.
 
See all of you use cw. Yet I remain huge fan of sp. But still none of the problems that some sp users have

I used sprecovery from January to July (about a week ago). I switched to clockwork actually to make the installation of 0.8.4 easier. Due to the install of the rom, then the gapps, I found easier to use clockwork. I could put it all on my sdcard and then use the "install rom from sdcard" function of Clockwork without having to rename files. I like it because it's similar to SPR, but with a few enhancements. I do not use Rom Manager.
 
Please update your rom to use custom 10% and 5% (90,70,50,30,15,10,5) battery icons.

Currently the rom only is capable of using the 20% icons. (100,80,60,40,20)

Not exactly sure wich rom ur using but my batt shows 5% right now....as I speak....type....lol

If he is using a theme is will show 20%'s, as that is what most show. The stock ROM itself does to 10% and 5% under 20%.
 
Seriousl, if ur at 20% should be charging any way. I can see if is been a busy work day and. just could not get to a charger, but for the most part u should not have to worry about what 10% or 5% looks like.
 
interested in this rom...how is the system memory usage compared to stock 2.2? i tried a rom for the first time (SS44), was running frf84b before, and i had about 80mb system memory free. after backing up my apps, installing ss44, and restoring my apps, i was down to 50mb. i assume that is just caused by the extra goodies in SS...
 
This is my first time trying this rom and I have to say its running amazing. No lag or anything wrong with it. Very good job guys on this awsome build, keep up the good work.
