<a href="http://uploading.com/files/694f49d3/Adobe%2BFlash%2BPlayer%2B10.1.apk/">Download Adobe Flash Player 10.1.apk for free on uploading.com</a>

only work on 2.2 rom that was just released for droid

enjoy!!!!

Just a reminder for those who don't read 39 pages prior to this:

Things to remember with this release:

Wifi not working on purpose (to protect the leak source)

The first time you run this update.zip it will take several minutes to install.

You must have a rooted Droid to use this ROM

Those who are already rooted and saying "hey I lost SU", there is a link in the first post that brings it back.

I had to run "Flash Alternate Recovery" twice before I could go back to SPRecovery from ROM Manager

And yes, those were all issues I encountered the past 12 hours with this.

THANK YOU FOR THIS! :icon_ banana:

I love my Droid again!

I am thankful I no longer have to wait for:

  • froyo speed!
  • flash 10.1 support!
  • the integrated calendar (no more separate corp cal)
  • the improved gmail app
Eagerly awaiting (from our illustrious ROM devs):

  • overclocking above 800mhz
  • apps2sd support
  • wifi and wifi tether
I love the Droid community and especially the dedication and selflessness of the devs. These guys kick ass!

Good stuff guys, thanks again.

Notes:

- Installed BusyBox via Titanium Backup, restored applications just fine.
- About to try to install flash, wish me luck.
- Works fast, not really noticeably any faster for me though.
- Had a few landscape rotation issues with widgets, broke them until I reset them. (Though may be a LauncherPro compatibility issue).

Please respect all guy and gals here. They went out on a limb to get you this first, and there are people complaining. wtf? of course there are gonna be small issues here and there hence -Froyo 2.2 RC as the name. Thease guys are talented and very awesome for doing this. So thank you BBcrackman, P3Droid, Miami, Olta, DroidForums, and the MDW staff. :icon_ banana:

I totally agree on this one.

Is anyone's camera/camcorder working in this copy of 2.2? Mine is all psychedelic, when it works at all. (I know it's not hardware because it works when I restore a 2.1 ROM.) If yours is working, did you have to do something to make it work?

Big shout out to everyone that made this possible!!!! its amazing!!! thanks to all BBcrackman, P3Droid, Miami, Olta, DroidForums, and the MDW staff.

Woohoo!!!! Froyo is awesome! TY TY TY TY TY to MDW P3 and everyone else taht brought this to us!

Average of about 1100 in quadrant @ 800mhz!
All in all it FEELS so much nicer :D

I couldn't get hulu to work either.. meh not a big deal to me... I am so happy now I just have to get the rest of my system setup... and contemplating staying with this or back to BB1.1 until it gets ported... Thanks again for bringing this to us! Wonderful job!

as far as Apps2SD goes, it does actually appear to be enabled, however i think it is up to the individual app developers to make their apps able to be moved. If you take a look at root explorer for example, the latest update has froyo move to sd card enabled, and i can in fact now move that to the SD card from the manage applications menu
