I type in about:debug and NOTHING happens.

open settings on the browsers and UAString will be there

did this work for you? its not in there for me..

yea close the browser with a task killer then open it up then type"about:debug" hit the menu button click system and at the very bottom it should say uastring

My phone is incredibly unstable, has anyone else had these issues? I wiped everything before installing and installed several times. Still I'm getting FCs and just general lockups to the point its unusable.

Is anyone's camera/camcorder working in this copy of 2.2? Mine is all psychedelic, when it works at all. (I know it's not hardware because it works when I restore a 2.1 ROM.) If yours is working, did you have to do something to make it work?

Double checked both still and video with no issues here..

After giving the ROM a chance to warm up, it really really flies. Embedded youtube clips on webpages and flash banners work. Hulu looks like it is about to work and then says not supported, but oh well not a big deal.

Thank you to everyone that had a part in this, we all appreciate it so much.

One question: I've had it on my phone for 2 hours and the temp hasn't gone below 105F. Does that get better with time?

Wow!! I just read all 41 pages. Unfortunately I won't be able to install this tell I can have wifi - but thank you very much to everyone that has made this possible. You guys are rock stars!! I bet female droid owners are throwing themselves at you right now!!!

This is real easy to do. You just download a couple of files and the Froyo and you're ready to go. It just didn't work for me or else I'd be running it. I'm using a Mac so that may have been part of my issue.

Your seeing nothing but positive? You read the last 5 pages? I think its great if people can get it to work but I too am seeing alot of people with probs.

Yes Hookbill is right factory reset after install cleared up lag for me dancedroid

Hmm mines flashed normally with no problems, even kept SU without loosing it. But seems laggy even at 800mhz although the quadrant standard benchmark showed my Droid at 855 as where 1ghz on BB 1.1 maxed to 550.

I stand by what I said. I've read the last 10 pages and I see happy campers. Including the one I responded to now because he followed my advice.
