Got Froyo up and flying at 1.2 ghz....wifi is good, market is good, maps is good....so far running awesome....about to run quadrant test..........

I've never flashed a kernel with Clockwork Recovery without it doing it for me automatically. I downloaded the 1.1ghz kernel for 2.2 FroYo, how do I flash it using clockwork recovery?

For the person who was able to move 3 to the SD card - I was unable to move that. The only thing I can move is setcpu, but I don't want to move that anyway. Also, it no longer shows my partition when looking at the SD card/phone storage, but I could swear that the amount of memory I have remaining would include what I had partitioned previously. So, what do you guys think? Invisible partition out in droid space? Should I reformat my SD card and re-partition (I already copied it to my computer so it's no big deal)? Or should I just wait it out for a few days to see what comes next?
