Holy Finishing Touches Batman, it's Sapphire 1.0

Only issue I have seen so far: in the gem settings menu, under performance.... various is spelled wrong. Kinda like an itch that won't get scratched to me.... lol

yeah something definitely doesn't sound right there. Was it the regular stock Sapphire 1.0 and google apps or another kernel or theme?

As far as stablity, Sapphire 1.0 is rock solid. Aside from the known issue with skipping tracks using the volume rocker, I haven't found anything else. The FRF22 leak was the fastest rom to date that I tried until loading 1.0. Everything is super smooth, no force closes and most importantly, NO SCREEN REDRAWS. Battery life is outstanding with average use. After 9 hrs of light to moderate use, I was at 70% using SetCPU 800MHz max/125MHz min with profiles enabled. Below is a Juice Plotter graph. The sharp drop was over an hour of my dad playing this damn fishing game I have with the screen on max brightness.

Hey PJ,

How do you set your profiles in Set CPU? Also, do you use Juice Defender at all or just Plotter? Just curious on profiles and what people use. Thanks in advance.

Just running Juice Plotter to track battery life so no Juice Defender.

SetCPU Profiles:
CPU Temp>50- 550/125
Charging/Full- 550/125
Screen Off- 550/125
Battery<50- 550/125
Battery<100- 800/125

Just want to give a thank you to the Sapphire team for creating a ROM for my Droid that is not only smooth but does not make it melt after performing simple tasks.

Still wondering though why my fonts are stock and not like the GALA S screenshots... other than that, stoked!!!!!

!

can someone please tell many of us -- how do we add the fonts that belong to the themes??? and the icons for the web and phone near the main menu button , i want mine to look exactly like the ones on the screen shot.. plz help

tried to flash last night and had nothing but problems. the closest I got to finished was google sign in with my gmail account. as soon as I hit the driod the phone locked up and the blue sapphire bootloader came up. I tried several variations of install. I had the best luck with SPRecovery but when I would rename the gapps zip to update for install, lockup city. So what's the best way to use sprecovery with multiple update zips? or should i flash back to an older CWM recovery and try to re install. all you guys outside playing and I'm stuck inside doing homework... Please help. I almost saw the top of the mountain, then fail.

other info.
BB v0.4
All downloads were from web to laptop and usb to phone
Stock or recommended kernel was selected
black bar theme
mediastage selected
followed the order of operations
several wipes of data and cache

Thanks again

I used ROM Manager flashed back to 2.0.1.3 and I had no problems. Selected the gapps with the ROM install and I was off and running.

Downloaded and installed and so far It's very fast. One question, is there anyway to change the bootanimation. I think it's kinda cartoony.

Thanks
Joe
