No mp4 playback

I can't get mp4's to playback with either versions of Froyo. Videos were working on 2.1 Any ideas?

I've noticed that now I can't select ringtones and notifications from sounds that are on my SD card (yes, I checked to make sure it wasn't mounted) Did they change something about this?

I am trying to look for it (busybox) when I mount my droind so I can move it...but I do not see it

grab root explorer from market find busybox/cut/change to r|w up top/ navigate to system/navigate to bin/paste

couldnt you just use the busy box from titanium backup. If im off my bad. But when I neeeded MM or NM before I would just flash the busybox from titanium. CLich the help button and it installs it for you DM style

i am downloading it from titanium....after it downloads I open up metamorph...I do a system check and it sayd I do not have busybox installed...when I just did it with titanium

I just purchased systempanel myself (Thanks for letting me know it was out of beta), and it downloaded fine.

Is it stuck at authorizing for you? Also try opening the Gtalk application, go back to market and then redownload.

Cleared Market Data/Cache. Opened Gtalk. Opened Market. Picked install. Stalls on "Authorizing Purchase...". And while stalled, I can download other free apps with no issue. Very odd to say the least.

This might sound odd, but your bank might have blocked purchases from google checkout. (This happened to me a couple of times until i made a very angry call to my bank). I had the same problem, all paid apps would be stuck at "authorizing" even though I got a confirmation e-mail.

Called the Credit Card company. They have no record of anything even being attempted. Not even a $2.99 hold. The CC company thinks there is an issue on Google's end. Probably with the data they have on file for me. Off to find what that is!

Froyo + Random Restarts

I have tried installing froyo successfully about 4 times now, a few times with clockwork, and a few with sprecovery, tried different kernels and everything. But about once an hour, my droid restarts itsself. I cannot figure out why this going on.

Let me know if anyone else is having this problem, maybe we can figure it out.

yes if it installed it in system/bin

I installed busybox via Titanium as well but had to move it

Have you noticed anything that happens to set it off? like when it comes up, do you have a new email or text or anything?

Well I have it finally. As soon as I logged in to my account from the PC and hit show purchases, it showed up on the phone 10 seconds later.

No clue why or how that caused it to work but at least now I can go back to testing

For some reason my gmail isn't working neither is the Marketplace applications. I go to open them and they crash - no access to my gmail contacts. Advice?

I have tried the original leak, and UD's version, with original kernals and OC....the only pattern I can find is if its idle for about an hour...it restarts

sorry to ask this, but 65+ pages is a lot to go through...

so I just need to unzip and place in the nandroid folder of my sd card and reboot into sprecovery and install the file?

i read the file already has su right?
