hey question i started my own thread with this but im not getting any responses so im gunna try and post it in here. im trying to playback a video on my phone its a motorola droid. i am rooted and running the new onix rom and running at 1.1ghz. but the thing is that every once in a while it will freeze but the audio will keep going. its not the sd card i have checked it from my computer and i have changed the video to internal storage and still the same thing. i have flashed it and tried it on my friends phone and his as no problems. it only started happening once i updated to froyo. any ideas?
What fomat is it in?
Also what player are you using. Yxflash has worked for me to play most xvid/ and other mp4 formats but I do see that issue from time to time on most phones not just the moto droid.
You say it worked on your friends, did he use the same player ?
I've had many issues with xvid. Most play fine but some just dont like to play smoothly, video wise.

There is a tweak for that. Team Chaos has it in their Froyo release. I know that because they ask me to test their ROMs to make sure that feature and MMS conversions work properly before release.

well im gunna try and reflash my rom to team chaos's and see what happens and im usig the stock video player on the droid

well i updated to team chaos rom and it works now im guessing the other rom had a few bugs in it im gunna go ahead and let the dev know about the issue thank you everyone

I hadn't tried YXFlash since FroYo... Sure enough... I have same thing... FC on initial try every time...
