I had to speak to a managers sup. They still have not fixed the issue and claim I did not ask for the promotion I then told them the only reason I changed my plan from 700 shared mins to 1400 was to receive the discount off the data plans. At this point if they do not make good on this I will ask them too to cancel my contracts. I specifically explained the promotion that I requested to the rep and they even said as a result my contract would be extended. Getting help with Verizon customer service is like playing the lotto. They said to give them till Wednesday. Very fraustrated any advice?
All calls are recorded "for training purposes". Have them go back to the date you changed plans from 700 min to 1400 min and review the recording. All calls to them are logged onto their computer under your account insofar as the date and time.

Is this the case for Verizon for sure? I had a problem with a Capitol One card, they said I could do a 0% balance transfer for 6 months. I said cool, like a dummy didn't check my card for a few months, low and behold I was charged interest. (otherwise I don't agree to it) I asked them to go back to the recording as I'm 100% sure the rep told me 0% interest. They said they cannot go back to the recordings, it's for "training" purposes only. I paid off my balance within a week, emailed them stating I felt robbed and they ended up refunding all the interest I paid. (Only $175, but it's the principle of it)
I have this plan and am nervous on the switch to 4G if not now, 6 months or a year from now when my sisters will get new phones. 4G is not worth an extra $100/mo! (5 lines)
