New Unlimited Plan from Big Red?

I had to speak to a managers sup. They still have not fixed the issue and claim I did not ask for the promotion I then told them the only reason I changed my plan from 700 shared mins to 1400 was to receive the discount off the data plans. At this point if they do not make good on this I will ask them too to cancel my contracts. I specifically explained the promotion that I requested to the rep and they even said as a result my contract would be extended. Getting help with Verizon customer service is like playing the lotto. They said to give them till Wednesday. Very fraustrated any advice?

All calls are recorded "for training purposes". Have them go back to the date you changed plans from 700 min to 1400 min and review the recording. All calls to them are logged onto their computer under your account insofar as the date and time.

Is this the case for Verizon for sure? I had a problem with a Capitol One card, they said I could do a 0% balance transfer for 6 months. I said cool, like a dummy didn't check my card for a few months, low and behold I was charged interest. (otherwise I don't agree to it) I asked them to go back to the recording as I'm 100% sure the rep told me 0% interest. They said they cannot go back to the recordings, it's for "training" purposes only. I paid off my balance within a week, emailed them stating I felt robbed and they ended up refunding all the interest I paid. (Only $175, but it's the principle of it)

I have this plan and am nervous on the switch to 4G if not now, 6 months or a year from now when my sisters will get new phones. 4G is not worth an extra $100/mo! (5 lines)

After I upgraded to the TB from the OG Droid my plan with the promo stayed. I also have 5 lines and loving the $100 off my monthly bill.

Yea, but "6 months" (sometime) from now they are supposed to go to different data rate/plans. Hopefully it never happens though, I like the idea of FULL 4G for first few GB, then throttle to half 4G, then to 3G speeds, that way the people who don't us 10GB+ / mo aren't affected.
 
Alright, hopefully they are still willing to fix accounts that lost the discount for one reason or another.

My sister left her phone 3.5 hours away from where she lives, went to Verizon and got a loaner phone from them.. Ugh, she did it and I found out, didn't think a ton of it.. then crap, yea they removed unlimited data..

Yup, you guessed it.. the discount is gone. I told her when she switches it back, to have them fix it. They said "I can't" and she was lazy, like always and said "Ok".

How can I get it fixed without hassle? Call the number in the OP? Is that number just open m-f?

My sister had a billing problem where they overcharged her by a couple hundred bucks. She tried to get it resolved and they told her she could get half back and would have to call financial services to get the rest.

Well, I called and they tried to feed me that line "well she agreed to it". If you're pleasant but firm they should fix it, as it was their blunder, and taking advantage of customers that just don't know any better doesn't fly.

Someone posted a number here somewhere for the direct line to the only department authorized to add that discount back. Normal csr reps cannot do it.

Update

I spoke to a managers sup. and she said it was fixed, I have her name and direct office line so if it has not been fixed I will be calling back.
 
Just wondering has anyone with this unlimited plan upgraded to an Iphone4 or a Thunderbolt? Were you able to keep the plan at the same price?
