New Unlimited Plan from Big Red?

Just called to change mine-was paying $242. on average. Now will be paying $192!

The only catch to this is if you have any lines that are less than 1 year remaining will be extended 1 year. Wasn't a big deal for me since i only had 2 lines ending middle of next year.
This does not change your upgrade dates though.

I got signed up for this plan via the 877 number earlier this weekand got a Droid X yesterday but looking at my bill this morning, Im only seeing a monthly charge of $59.99 and I don't see that $20 discount anymore but it also says im still getting unlimited domestic data.

Very weird, i'll keep my VZW rep on speed dial for the next few weeks.

If I were you I would call because mine says 20 dollar promotion or something like that. I don't see that on yours.

I called my rep and for some reason, it didn't take so he fixed it for me this morning. I"ll keep an eye on my bill nonetheless

Now the discount is back, but I still dunno whats with the monthly price. This whole thing is just very weird, Verizon needs to a better job marketing and implementing their plans instead of this "kissing butt to preffered" customer limitation crap.

I've called and asked several times about putting F&F on my 450 plan under this new deal and they've consistently told me I have to have at least the 900 minute plan at $89.98/mo to do so. I even mentioned that a bunch of people on here have gotten that deal and mentioned posts exactly like this and they told me not to believe everything I read in internet forums and that they can guarantee me that there is no one with 450 minute plans with F&F as they do not have the option to add that. WTF? I know that there's not mass hypnosis going on with droidforums members and I also know there's not a group of people conspiring to lie about it on here either. Why would Verizon reps, multiple of them, tell me this? For now I'm on the $89.98/mo plan, which does save me money over previous, but I can save much more on the 450 if I had F&F. I want F&F 450!

I got my e-mail on the 8th and just signed up. The e-mail I received clearly states this after the last bullet point: "Plus, you can add Friends and Family to eligible plans at no additional cost and get unlimited calling
to the numbers you call most in the U.S. on any network, even landlines."

I got F&F added to the 450 plan at no charge. I am a happy happy camper. Best coverage, great price.

According to David (the person I talked to) said no one should have this promotion, they pulled the plug because it was leaked to early. It should have been promoted through selected persons email. just passing along this info as it was told to me..

I didn't get this promotion, i got something significantly better. I saved $60 per month instead of the $20 I was expecting.

I think the guy you spoke with just got off his crack smoking break as the e-mail was sent out and yes, I got the plan.

I think what he means is it's really just a $20 credit on your bill every month.

As far as I am concerned they can shuffle the paperwork however they wish, I'm still at $70 plus taxes per month.

I am going to call them again, VZW has a tendancy to not talk to each other and have conflicting info. First I was told my email was not in their database as one of the offered ones. Now I am told it never existed and no one should have this promotion. go figure..

Just called and its a no brainer. I get three lines (all smart phones) for 159.98 plus tax. Otherwise it would be 129.98 (three lines with talk and text) and then 89.97 (three data packages). Which is 219.95. I save almost 60 dollars
