I am starting my third year as a VZW customer, so the first thing I was told this morning was I was not eligible for this plan, as it was sent to longer term customers only as a loyalty reward. And, the somewhat befuddled CSR was having a hard time explaining why certain promotions, like smartphones talk free cannot be added to a promotional plan. So off to a supervisor I went.
Now, thanks to supervisor Megan, if I can decipher my bill when it comes, I should see a net savings of $20 per line on my 4 droid, 1400 minute family plan, so it should go from $190/mo to $110 ?
I have my fingers crossed.
And as others have said, polite, friendly persistence go a long way.
i have been a customer for about 3 months, and i got it no questions asked.... so thats BS from them :X
