I have had 0 issues with liberty gb. I had random reboots on froyo and none on any gb roms. There are of course bugs (minor) works liberty gb but i had bugs on froyo as well. I would never go back to froyo. Asian long as you wipe everything and get a clean install, you'll be fine. Don't let people scare you over little bugs.

It is also widely known that GB (not just LGB, but all of GB on the DX) has radio issues. You'll be right in the middle of doing something on your phone and BAM! No more internet until you go into and out of airplane mode. Or you'll get out your phone to make a call and it won't until you go into and out of airplane mode. Or someone will be trying to call you, and you won't know it until you pull out your phone, cuss at yourself, enable and disable airport mode, and get the voicemail notification.

And yes, it seems cussing at yourself is an important step.

Maybe this is a dx thing. My d2 runs like a friggin champ. Sorry your phone is so buggy.

A report came out this morning (maybe it was last night) that Verizon is delaying GB on the rest of its phones "to work out some bugs."

So they're finally listening. Here's to hoping once they get it sorted they'll update the DX build, and even more so that P3Droid will make a 2-part rooted version of it.

I wish toggling airplane mode did that for me. I had to reboot to get the radio working again. Now I'm on Apex and I had the radio problem once after two weeks of use.

Yeah I saw that report earlier. Its all good. My phone is running very well. I couldn't really ask for more. No complaints here. DX users kinda got boned getting such a buggy ota

With regards to the stability, I have been getting random restarts and can't even begin to pinpoint the cause. My deal though is that it reboots so insanely fast that I'm not too worried about. Of course I want a more stable version, but its not bothering me enough to give it up.

I dont think it's liberty. I don't get any reboots on liberty gb. It could be an app or overclock of any number of things. Of course there are bugs in any ROM. Even on stock froyo, i had bugs. It shouldn't stop anyone from trying gingerbread and getting the most out of their phone. Whoever is on the fence, don't let any post deter you from getting on gb. Each phone is unique and your experience will be different. You just need to try it. You can always sbf if absolutely necessary.

Any thoughts on how to go about narrowing down what app it could be? I don't have an overclock atm.

Simple trial and error my friend. What I would do is freeze all my apps in titanium and one by one defrost them and see how the phone functions. Its tedious I know, but if it's really bothering you and you don't want to go back to stock or another rom, it will be worth it. I had an issue yesterday where my contacts kept force closing. I went into titanium and defrosted one by one the apps I had frozen. It turned out to be yahoo contacts. I don't even use yahoo so it seemed ok to freeze it, but now I know I can't. I blamed it on the rom of course, but it wasn't. It was my own tweak that caused the issue. Just saying.

Dude there are a bunch of posts on this. Did you read the threads? No offense, but im just saying. If you're on the gb leak, just dl the newest nightly. Go into clockwork and wipe data, then flash the nightly (it will be in liberty/nightlies folder.
