You can get the latest version on rootzwiki I believe, but it's better if you donate. Actually, just donate. Help support team Liberty. Go get the toolbox pro.
Is there a fix yet for getting Swype to work on Liberty GB v0.8? I'm using SwiftKey X Beta for now, because it is better than SwiftKey, and Flex T9 keeps freezing and crashing. I am hating typing responses on my phone now, because I need Swype!
You need to go to the swype website, sign up for an invite and you'll get an email to receive and dl the installer which will put the newest version of swype on the phone. I have both swype and SwiftKey on liberty gb 0.8

Thanks ldopa, but I can't do that. Long story that involves stolen phone and using up too many beta licenses. Our Droid 2s came with Swype, so there should be a fix, or we should find one soon, that allows us to use Swype on Liberty GB. I really do appreciate the advice though, just sucks to be me.
UPDATE: I tried my old e-mail address that was licensed to my stolen phone, and it works! Thanks ldopa!
My phone has been rebooting progressively more often as days go by. It started with a few reboots a day. Now it is rebooting every couple hours, and when I turn on WiFi to download Peggle on the Amazon Appstore, it reboots every time. I never had a problem with this until this morning. Also, if I start up Plants vs. Zombies, it reboots without fail. It never did this until today.
Jrummy 's stuff has always been worth the donations imho hopefully the donations help make a difference for them and give them even more of a reason to continue to breathe life in to my D2
Stupid question alert:
I know when you install a new ROM, wiping data is obvious (hence the warning on the OP), but is it still a necessary step if upgrading from a previous version of Liberty GB?
You need to get on the gb leak first! Don't go from 2.0 to 0.8! Please read a little more first. I also don't use the toolbox. Its up to you but I like to flash it on my own in clockwork.
