I have 1.8.9 already on my phone, so will I be ok to just wipe cache and load, or is it best to wipe both before this install,

Just my personal experience here but all I did was wipe cache and flash over. Everything seems to be fine. No issues after a few hours. YMMV of course.

So I messed my phone up. Screen doesn't respond at all. I am on the leaked 2.3.230. I used the latest download, but I must have done something I wasn't supposed to. I wiped data and cache, but still no luck.

I thought I had the system only sbf file handy, but I was mistaken. Can someone point me (via pm) in the direction to get the file? It would be much appreciated.

And you are 100% sure it was the latest version? The first release he did had an issue with the touchscreen not working... If you downloaded from this post then I am sure you do then. Just thought I would ask to make sure.

However, is anyone else seeing this? Pixel dust and Pixie Dust?? They are both the same sound, but the second is a bit louder. Same with Heaven.:blink:

I have two questions..

1) I sbf'd to do a clean install of 1.9 but when the home screen came up, my old wallpaper from 1.8.9 was displayed, shouldn't it have been stock and does that mean something didn't clear correctly?

2) can someone confirm the stock vsels? After installing 1.9, and checking them with JRummys OC app, it showed the followiing:
300/27
600/38
800/49
1000/54

Reason I ask is on 1.8.9, I played with ULV at stock speeds and the vsels were higher than those. I'm just trying to figure out if something didn't clear or not because if those values are stock, why is ULV, which is supposed to be 4 volts lower is actually higher...

I don't know what the stock values are off the top of my head, but those voltages seem to be a little lower than stock... I'm undervolting mine at :

300/25
600/32
800/40
1000/53

Never done this manually. Can you pm me with the scripts to do this the right way so the cpu still throttles correctly etc. wanting to use these settings you posted simply to save power. Thanks.

Glad I'm not the only one. I did a fresh install of 1.9.0 from 1.8.9 (wiped data/cache) so this must be unintentionally in the image.

Anyone know where these files are located? I'm tempted to download root explorer app and find these duplicates and delete them.

Anyone having camera troubles, download Fission DX 2.1. extract the add_on folder and install DX_camera.zip through clockwork recovery. You will then have the blur camera and camcorder

Edit : never mind only the camera works and not the camcorder,,,,

The app drawer is included via the launcher.
This version of Focused uses the app drawer that is included with ADW 1.3.x. HTH.

Would root explorer be the best way to browse to this directory? I have ES File explorer but I'm pretty sure that only will browse the SD card.

EDIT: Nevermind, I browsed to it using ES File Explorer. Thanks again!
EDIT 2: Can't delete the file from ES File Explorer...grrr.

Also, double check any "notifications" folder on your SD card. I get dupes all the time when I install a ROM thats has notifications baked into it that I've saved for my own use.

I'm pretty sure you'll need Root Explorer to edit the contents of that directory.
